Police probe Drogba laser attack
Police have confirmed there is an ongoing investigation to find the West Ham fan who shone a green laser into the face of Chelsea striker Didier Drogba during Saturday's Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.A police spokesperson said: "When the matter was brought to the attention of officials it was not possible to identify the person or persons responsible but we will continue to try to do so."
It is now likely the club will assess closed-circuit TV tapes in a bid to track down the identity of the fan whom Drogba labelled 'stupid' after the game.
