Ipswich defender Alex Bruce, son of Birmingham manager Steve, has apologised for his half-time ritual - throwing up as he emerges for the second-half.

"I am genuinely sorry. It's all about going into a red-hot dressing-room for 15 minutes and then coming straight back out to the freezing cold again."
