League to benefit by £100million
The Football League's coffers will be swelled by £100million over the next three years... thanks to a handout from Big Brother.
Premier League chairmen have agreed a solidarity package with their Football League counterparts worth more than £30m a season to the latter's 72 clubs.
The extra funding includes £16.2m over three years which must be spent on youth development.
