Norwegian international Elise Thorsnes caused quite the stir on Twitter after posting an intimate picture of her injury.

Blonde babe Thorsnes, 24, picked up an abdominal problem last week which put her place at the upcoming European Championship finals in Sweden at risk.

However, the striker, who has bagged 110 goals in 143 club games, refused to let the injury get her down, and instead posted a cheeky shot of a heat pack down her skimpy purple knickers to kindly let fans know she was on the mend.
