Pre-season training clearly got a bit too much for Liverpool youngster Samed Yesil, after he was caught having a mid-session nap.

Yesil’s team-mate Henoc Mukendi posted a picture on Instagram of the cheeky teen’s snoozing antics, with the caption: ‘Samed went missing for like 2 hours & we found him asleep in the indoor astro.’

The 19-year-old only signed for Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, but he’s clearly none too fussed about either living up to his £1m price tag or impressing boss Brendan Rodgers, having grabbed the opportunity for a power nap.
