An enterprising production artist has taken her love of football up a degree, by recreating the faces of two club managers onto pizzas.

Twenty-eight-year-old Manchester City fan Lucy Whitaker initially created the club’s manager Manuel Pellegrini, but in the spirit of diplomacy decided to also create a version for United manager David Moyes.

Whitaker’s creative idea came about after overhearing a manager at an east Manchester Asda talk to a colleague about making City and United Pizzas, then deciding that she, too, wanted a slice of the action.
