Fernando Torres could make a last ditch attempt to leave Chelsea after the Blues signed striker Samuel Eto'o and it is believed the club will have no hesitations in letting the Spaniard go.

According to the Mirror, Chelsea are ready to listen to offers for Torres, who would face a tough battle for regular football if he were to stay at Stamford Bridge, with Eto'o joining Demba Ba and Romelu Lukaku as challengers for a spot in Mourinho's attack.

Although Ba has been linked with a return to Newcastle, Jose Mourinho is most willing to see Torres go, but it's unlikely that the striker will attract an offer around the £50 million he joined from Liverpool for.
