Yeovil steal free goal to force extra-time
Furious Birmingham manager Lee Clark accused Yeovil of poor sportsmanship after seeing his side book their place in the Capital One Cup third round in bizarre circumstances.
The Blues held their nerve to win 3-2 in a penalty shoot-out at Huish Park after the match finished 3-3 in extra-time.
The flashpoint came in injury time of normal time, as Yeovil defender Byron Webster lashed the ball into an empty net after Birmingham goalkeeper Colin Doyle had kicked the ball out of play following an injury to Blues defender Dan Burn.
That levelled the scores at 2-2, forcing extra-time.
Yeovil went ahead before eventually allowing Birmingham to score to make up for the goal.
Clark was incensed that Yeovil did not give the ball back, and despite the Glovers allowing Lee Novak to equalise unchallenged in extra-time immediately after Luke Ayling put the hosts in front - he said he would be exploring every avenue to complain about the Somerset side's conduct.
