Brighton players forced to take taxis
Brighton players were forced to flag down taxis ahead of their match with QPR this weekend - after their team bus broke down.
Brighton’s stars soon flagged down cabs and got to the stadium, but despite the drama, they played out a 0-0 draw with QPR to take a point from the clash.
Goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak, who was signed from Manchester United, isn’t used to that sort of treatment after a spell at Old Trafford, but made light of it on Facebook after the match.
‘On the way to yesterday’s game, our coach broke down and we had to take a taxi to the stadium! That doesn’t happen every day, but it didn’t affect our solid draw!’
