FC United finally granted 5,000-capacity stadium
Non-league side FC United's own 5,000-capacity stadium should be finished in August after a lease was signed with Manchester council following years of plans.
The news marks a momentous day for the club, who were formed in 2005 by Manchester United supporters opposed to American businessman Malcolm Glazer's controversial takeover of the club.
