Sunderland fans support punched police horse
Despite being bottom of the Premier League, Sunderland fans showed they still have a sense of humour by supporting Bud the police horse with masks, outfits and t-shirts ahead of Sunday's Tyne-Wear derby.
Bud, who was punched in the face by a Newcastle fan after last season's Tyne-Wear derby at St James' Park, was back on duty for the visit of Alan Pardew's side to the Stadium of Light.
And a section of Black Cats supporters took the opportunity to welcome him back by wearing horse masks and full outfits ahead of Sunday's clash.
