England forced to train away from St George's Park
England's preparations at the start of international week have been plunged into disarray after the outbreak of a stomach virus at St George’s Park.
As a precautionary measure, the Under 21 squad left the Hilton Hotel which they usually stay at St George’s Park to find alternative accommodation after a small number of visitors were affected over the weekend.
England’s senior team were set to meet at St George’s Park Tuesday ahead of the friendlies against Chile and Germany but that plan has now been abandoned.
They will now head to The Grove in Watford and will use Arsenal’s London Colney headquarters as their training base.
