Tottenham will pursue FIFA for just shy of £1m in compensation after Christian Eriksen picked up an ankle ligament injury while playing for Denmark.

Reports in the Danish media suggest that Spurs will lodge the demand if, as expected, Eriksen is ruled out for the next six weeks.
